Unbelievable. This movie is not a movie, the story is not a story. This is a heavy massive porn filled documentary against United States, like Borat was. I was the one who pushed everyone to go watch this and we were ten. My friends were shocked, offended, covering their eyes. Next to me N. was still, fixed, unexpressive and mute. I couldnt' say what he was thinking. Okay I admint I laughed sometimes, but maybe they didn't know what this movie is: Sasha Baron Cohen is this dumb stupid gay who goesto L.A. to become famous. He tries everything and doing that he breaks into shows, people lives, movie sets, political interviews, international affairs. And he does that without notice. It is bitter, heavy, sometimes scary, but it remains a documentary I can't say I totally disliked. For sure that Sasha is brave.   Incredibile. Questo non è un film, è una storia che non è una storia. E' un pesante e violento documentario pieno di porno contro gli Stati Uniti, come Borat. Sono stato io a spingere tutti ad andare a vederlo ed alla fine eravamo in dieci. I miei amici erano scioccati, offesi, si coprivano gli occhi a volte. Accanto a me N. era impassibile, neutrale, immobile. Non capivo neppure cosa pensasse. Okay lo ammetto, ho riso qualche volta, ma forse loro non sapevano che tipo di film fosse: Sasha Baron Cohen interpreta una checca esagerata e stupida che si trasferisce a Los Angeles da Vienna per ottenere il successo. E' disposto a tutto ed irrompe in show, affari politici, vite private, set cinematografici, sfilate di moda. Lo fa sul serio, non sono attori quelli che si vedono ma persone e personaggi ignari che, immagino, avranno poi filmato la liberatoria, sebbene non capisco come. Non posso dire che il film mi sia completamente dispiaciuto, le intenzioni qualche volta, rara, sono arrivate. E certo Sasha ha un coraggio da leoni.
